A most enjoyable concert and ball was held in Grindon schoolroom. The room, which was prettily decorated by Misses Janet and Mary Crozier, assisted by Mr. Ellwood, was packed to the door. After an excellent programme of entertainment, the floor was cleared for dancing, which carried on right into the next morning. |
