Please note that although we have volunteers working for the Heritage Centre every day, some of this work is done 'remotely' and the office is not always staffed.

We love to hear from you but regret that when we are busy in the museum we have to let calls go through to the answering machine. If your call is not answered and you choose to leave a message, please repeat your name and telephone number and leave a brief message. We will contact you as soon as possible. Our telephone number is (01434) 22 00 50. Please note that the Tourist Information Centre, who share our building, will be able to answer general queries about the Heritage Centre.
